'Jack' by Craig Middleton – The inspiration for ‘Jack’ was of course Johnny Depp but more specifically his creation, Jack Sparrow, which as far as I can tell was a gift to the children of the world.
When I was researching for this painting I came across some footage of Johnny dressed as Jack Sparrow, visiting a children’s hospital. I was completely moved by his sense of kindness, fun and care.
